You can no longer use the excuse of not having money for a gym membership or a personal trainer because you can now workout at home. Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred video is a great workout for beginners and intermediate workouts. Her workout requires some equipment:
- Floor Mat – Instead use a thick blanket
- Hand Weights – Instead use soup cans, spaghetti sauce jars, or anything else that is easy to grasp.
